What is the cost of an EPC?

The price of an EPC varies due to property size and location.

We offer a price guarantee to beat any verifiable quotation and discounts for group bookings and repeat customers.

Do i have to pay anything upfront ?.

No payment is required before the survey has fully taken place and all data gathered.

When the certificates are ready to finalise you will be notified and payment of the invoice given or sent to you can occur then.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque .

Included in your quotation is the certification fee we pay to the accreditation body for lodging your certificate.

Colin Kerr Limited is not VAT registered so no added VAT to pay on top of your quote.

How long does it take to get an appointment?.

Appointments can be made instantly by calling 07432 675 810 via email or Whatsapp.

Surveys can be booked in advance or if time is short we can offer you very quick turnaround times.

Next/same day service can also be made available if required.

Appointments available Monday to Saturday as standard.

Sunday appointments by request only.

What do you need to access?

Energy performance certificate surveys require full house access to all areas including outside the building.

All windows have to be measured as part of the survey.

Legionella risk assessment require access to all rooms with plumbing and any water tanks ect.

Hot water temperatures have to be taken at peak heat. hot water will need to be available or this can not be tested

Floorplans require access to all rooms/areas to be measured .

Thermal imaging requires access to the areas of interest to the customer.
