When a successful career delivering survey services and installation management for a national company ended In late 2013 an opportunity arose for Colin Kerr to return home to live and work in his native Dumfries and Galloway .

Colin Kerr Limited was then incorporated in January 2015 by Colin Kerr.

The concept was to create a business which is able to deliver certification and advice in a truly independent manner with a focus on swift response and good value .

Colin Kerr Limited has been able to assist a range of clients over the past 11 years.

So far helping social housing ,energy companies,contractors, local councils, charitable organisations, estate agents, solicitors, landlords, and homeowners .
