Dumfries born Colin Kerr has been a Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor since 2013

A Legionella Risk Assessor since 2020 and Retrofit Assessor since 2023

Colin started and incorporated the company in 2015 after being an employee of an insulation company working on a national basis for many years.

In the past years Colin Kerr Limited has delivered projects for social housing ,energy companies,contractors ,local councils ,charitable organisations,landlords and homeowners both locally and nationally.

I personally consider that the current movements towards more efficient housing can be difficult to understand for people out-with the industry.

Providing straight-forward independent information and advice is the best pathway to help clients make informed decisions
